Private Hire:
We offer our beautiful venue for private hire for any occasion. We offer this for a minimum party of 16 people from 5pm until 10:30pm.
We have a maximum of 28 seats inside with a further 46 outside when the great British weather allows.
We are fully alcohol licensed with a loaded bar.
We have a five star food hygiene certificate for our kitchen and practices.
We have fully trained baristas and waiting staff.

Full Afternoon Tea Buffet £22.50 pp
Homemade Scones, jams & clotted cream / fresh strawberries / macaroons / bite size cakes / grapes / finger sandwiches. Any of our range of tea, coffee or soft drinks on arrival (One drink per guest on arrival, the counter / bar will be open for any additional purchases thereafter).
Savoury Buffet £24.50 pp
Selection of sandwiches, rolls or wraps / dry cured meats & cold cuts / selection of cheeses / crackers & breadsticks / pickles, chutneys & relishes / olives, tomatoes & grapes / houmous and complimentary condiments. Any of our range of tea, coffee or soft drinks on arrival (One drink per guest on arrival, the counter / bar will be open for any additional purchases thereafter).
Sweet & Savoury Mix Buffet £24.50 pp
As savoury option above accompanied with bite sized cakes / fresh strawberries & macaroons. Any of our range of tea, coffee and soft drinks on arrival (One drink per guest on arrival, the counter / bar will be open for any additional purchases thereafter).

The full catering package which will be displayed beautifully with all crockery, cutlery, glassware and china provided.

Full set up and close down to include cleaning & sanitising & the removal of any rubbish (we are happy for you to bring and put up you own balloons, banners & decorations etc (however, we strictly do not allow any form of confetti I’m afraid!).

Optional use of a 6 by 4 metre fully waterproofed windowed party marquee charged at £60 inclusive of VAT.
Live music is permitted whilst sticking to performance guidelines (Naturally we need to be considerate of our nearby residence regarding time and volume). We do permit solo artists and duets accompanied by amplifiers and or instruments, however full bands unfortunately are too loud. We have worked with many artists previously and our customer favourites have been the following:

Only foods and drinks provided by us are allowed. It is strictly prohibited for customers to consume their own bought drinks or food unless otherwise agreed upon. Say for example you wish to provide your own Birthday cake we wouldn’t be adverse to this!
